1.2 Are services advisory, therapeutic, or decision-making in nature?
No. Services are limited to professional coaching. They do not include psychotherapy, clinical intervention, legal advice, performance management or organisational decision authority.

Yes. Scope, role, objectives and boundaries are defined during contracting and reviewed as needed.
